There are four bureaux, each specialising in a particular field of expertise.
I've tried to stay fairly true to the BII book, and this is a first draft, so anyone that disagrees about any part, please let me know.
Likewise, if you have any suggestions or questions as to why I've chosen a particular stat or skill, please let me know.
And finally, if anyone has any suggestion what I look at next, please let me know. I don't want to do alien races, as I think they'll be done in the upcoming alien books ....drool.....
As priests / guilds.
There are four bureaux, each specialising in a particular field of expertise. Field Agency trains those who are likely to be uniformed and visible members. Support covers the people in the background, the R&D and cryptography sections, scholars digging up info on people / places etc. Espionage covers the plain clothes, invisible members. Reclamation covers the hunters for artifacts and second republic tech, either field agents or backroom scholars. As with guilds and religions, Nobles can enter at this stage.

I've given two options for each bureau, again trying to follow the BII sources. Operatives are the investigators, like uniformed FBI agents, Troopers are the armed forces of the Eye, again uniformed and trained in combat. R&D Technicians work with new technologies, trying to improve the equipment the others use, Cryptographers / Scholars look for information to use on people, places and items and break codes used by enemies, as well as overseeing information passed by agents in various coded forms. Infiltrators are the ones who pose as something they aren't, and get information from within enemy organisations, Shadows are surveillance specialists who keep an eye on suspected miscreants. Artifact Hunters are the backroom support who search for information on second republic and Ur artifacts, and Reclaimers are the agents who wander the known worlds locating and taking charge fo those items.
